I advise C-suite executives and senior government officials on how to leading CX strategy at cabinet-level agencies such as OPM, IRS, GSA, HUD, DOL, and State. I've successfully secured $10M+ in funding, established CX governance structures, and embedded human-centered design (HCD), service blueprinting, and Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs to enhance decision-making and customer satisfaction. I've led multi-disciplinary teams, managed $60M+ budgets, and built design literacy and maturity across organizations through training and strategic policy integration.
