My name is Lashanda and I’m a design and strategy leader passionate about transforming complex systems into seamless, human-centered experiences. With a background in user research, service design, and CX strategy, I help organizations improve efficiency, elevate experiences, and drive meaningful change. I've worked with several organizations in the public and private sector, B2B, and B2C to design new experiences and build capacity.
